A Boho, Eclectic, Coastal Home

This Caringbah home, in the Sutherland Shire consisted of the client’s living room and hallway. The brief was “Coastal inspired styling mixed in with vintage pieces”. It’s amazing how much of a transformation is created with something just as simple as some new cushions and artwork!

Where it all began…

The location: Caringbah

The client: A young family including two busy parents, trying to revamp their living room.

The brief: To redecorate the living room spaces whilst keeping in mind a busy toddler.

Just wanted to thank Steph at Arlen Interiors for her dedicated work styling up my living space in my small, two bedroom apartment.

With working long hours, a shift working partner and a very busy toddler, I often find that time gets the better of me when it comes to sitting down and styling/ buying for the home. I was would describe my decor and styling ideas as someone with “all the gear, but no idea” - which was why I needed Steph.

Following my own ideas and suggestions of her own, Steph was able to guide and create mood boards for what I wanted for the living space. I was eager to have colour and creativity in my home; however, I just didn’t know how to put it into place.

Steph was flexible in finding items suited to my budget, whilst maintaining a beautiful aesthetic towards my living space.

I am so happy with our new living area. The warmth of the colours has made it feel more like a home, using colour palettes I wouldn’t have thought of putting together myself.
