House 01 - engadine

This Sutherland Shire project was brought to us as the build approached completion, with a focus on introducing warmth, cohesion and a more refined overall feel.

The brief centred around a relaxed, boho coastal aesthetic — grounded, layered and effortless. With full creative direction, we curated a palette of earthy tones and soft sage greens, balancing texture and tone to create a home that feels calm, considered and lived-in.

Throughout the downstairs living and dining areas, floor-to-ceiling sheers were paired with plantation shutters to enhance natural light while maintaining softness and privacy.

The master bedroom retreat acts as a defining moment within the home, anchored by a statement artwork that brings depth and cohesion to the overall design.

Testimonial

“First, I would like to say thank you to Stephanie that helped us to transform our dream home. After our new home was completed, we struggled with styling.
We had no idea where we had to start, until we met Stephanie. She worked within our budget and helped us save a lot of money. We are so happy with the results!
We highly recommend Arlen interiors.”
